A distinguished classical musician, Natalie’s writing career is routed in classical performance having initially studied violin at the Royal Academy of Music. Natalie played in Raven Quartet for 6 years with whom she arranged material inspired by artists as far ranging as Ennio Morricone to the Foo Fighers. Raven performed in the major London concert halls, played a quartet concerto which she was commissioned to write with the English Chamber Orchestra and has toured the world with a variety of major acts.
She also worked alongside Goldie, Guy Chambers, Cerys Mathews, Lady Dynamite and Soweto Kinch to help talented youngsters write songs to be performed in front of Prince Harry at Buckingham Palace which was shown on BBC2 last year.
Natalie has worked as a composer, orchestrator and player with The London Metropolitan Orchestra, Prague Symphony Orchestra, English Chamber Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra of London, and London Philharmonic Orchestra.
She has worked with artists Kasabian, The Last Shadow Puppets, The Libertines, Nicola Benedetti, Ellie Goulding, Lady Sovereign, Gwen Stefani, Susan Boyle, Elaine Page, Andrea Bocelli, Il Divo, Hayley Westenra, Echo and the Bunnymen, Katherine Jenkins, Take That, and with song writer Guy Chambers.
